For a taste of authentic Jollof rice
1 Jar Jollof Sauce
350g Uncooked Rice
600g Water/Stock
Empty Jar of jollof cooking paste to non-stick pot
Add water or stock, mix well and bring to a boil
Add washed rice and allow to cook on low heat for 30-35 minutes or until rice is cooked
Stir rice halfway through to ensure even cooking
Ensure it is fully cooked and piping hot
First off, I am impressed by the delivery time, ordered on Thursday and it came on Saturday. Used it make pasta and it was soo good, taste homemade and if I don’t tell you, you will not believe I did not make the base from scratch. The taste is authentic and flavorful.

I loved the taste of the Jollof sauce. I made jollof rice and even though it had a bit of a kick, I truly underestimated how amazing it would taste. Full of flavour. One jar wasn’t enough for me so next time I’ll buy more :)
