Fiery Jollof Wings - A West African Twist on a Classic

What you'll need:
1 Jar of Spicy Joyof Jollof Sauce (300g)
1kg Chicken Wings
2 tbsp Cooking Oil of choice
1 tsp Smoked paprika
1 tsp Garlic powder
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Black pepper
1. Preheat the oven or air fryer
Preheat to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Or air fryer: Preheat to 180°C.
2. Wash and dry the wings
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This helps them get crispy.
3. Season the wings
In a bowl, mix spices, salt, pepper, and oil. Toss wings until coated.
4. Add the Jollof sauce
Pour in half the Joyof Jollof sauce (200g) and toss well.
5. Cook the wings
Oven: Bake for 35–40 min, flip halfway. Air fryer: Cook for 35–40 min, shake halfway.
6. Finish with more sauce
Toss wings with remaining 100g Jollof sauce, then return to oven/air fryer for 5 min to caramelise. Serve and enjoy!
