Jollof Spaghetti - Short, fun, and straight to the point!

What you'll need:
1 Jar of Joyof Jollof Sauce
Salt
300g Spaghetti
50ml Pasta water
1. Cook the spaghetti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Then add your spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente (firm to the bite).
2. Prepare the sauce
While the pasta cooks, heat a sauté pan over medium heat. Pour in one jar of Joyof Jollof Sauce and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until heated through.
3. Drain pasta water
Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain the water, but keep aside about 50ml for later.
4. Combine
Add the drained spaghetti to the pan with the sauce. Stir well to coat every strand in the rich, jollof goodness!
5. Perfect the texture
Pour in the remaining pasta water for a silky finish. Let it cook for another 5 minutes, stir well.
6. Serve & enjoy!
