What you'll need:

1 Jar Jollof Sauce
350g Uncooked Rice
600g Water/Stock

1. Start with the sauce

Start by pouring one jar of Joyof Jollof Sauce into a non-stick pot.

2. Add liquid & mix

Add water or stock (as per package instructions). Stir well until fully combined and bring to a gentle boil.

3. add the rice

Rinse your rice thoroughly, then add it to the pot. Stir to ensure every grain is coated in the rich, flavourful sauce.

4. Let it cook

Cover the pot and reduce heat to low.
Allow to simmer for 30-35 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked.

5. halfway check-in

Stir the rice gently halfway through cooking to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.

6. fluff & serve

Once cooked, fluff the rice with a fork to separate the grains. Serve and enjoy your delicious, no-fuss Jollof rice!
