1 Jar Jollof Sauce350g Uncooked Rice 600g Water/Stock
Start by pouring one jar of Joyof Jollof Sauce into a non-stick pot.
Add water or stock (as per package instructions). Stir well until fully combined and bring to a gentle boil.
Rinse your rice thoroughly, then add it to the pot. Stir to ensure every grain is coated in the rich, flavourful sauce.
Cover the pot and reduce heat to low.Allow to simmer for 30-35 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked.
Stir the rice gently halfway through cooking to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
Once cooked, fluff the rice with a fork to separate the grains. Serve and enjoy your delicious, no-fuss Jollof rice!
