Return & Refund Policy

At Joyof, we are committed to delivering high-quality, authentic West African flavours to your kitchen. We hope you love our products, but if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for health and safety reasons. However, if you receive a damaged, or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements

We will happily offer a refund or replacement if:
- Your order arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product

To process your request, please email taste@joyoffoods.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Once your order is dispatched, it is the responsibility of the courier or delivery service. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the delivery provider directly using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Joyof is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • If you prefer a replacement, we will ship it out as soon as possible.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Issues reported after 7 days of delivery
  • Orders lost or delayed due to courier issues
