Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries: USA, Canada, Kingdom, and Other EU Countries
Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
Due to recent changes in U.S. import and tariff regulations, all food shipments may experience extended customs inspections by the FDA and other agencies. These delays are outside of our control, and we cannot provide an estimated release date once the parcel is under customs review.
Please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or weather conditions. If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package was lost or arrived damaged, contact us at taste@joyoffoods.com with your order number and details. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Breakage & Replacement Policy
We take great care to ensure all Joyof orders are packed securely before dispatch. However, on rare occasions, damage may occur during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing taste@joyoffoods.com, including:

Your order number

Clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and external packaging
This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Your rights
Under EU consumer law, where goods are delivered damaged or not as described, you are entitled to:

A replacement of the affected item(s), or

A refund for the affected item(s) where a replacement is not possible
We will cover any reasonable costs associated with the replacement.
Our replacement process

We will replace only the item(s) confirmed as damaged in transit.

Replacement items will be sent to the original delivery address, unless otherwise agreed.
Exclusions
We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for:

Damage occurring after delivery

Claims made outside the 48-hour notification period

Minor cosmetic damage that does not affect the safety, quality, or usability of the product
